Grand Canyon Aerial Screen Saver photographs are the intellectual and artistic property of Grand Canyon Aerial LLC and are protected by United States copyright law and international treaty provisions. You may not lease, sell, or rent copies of the Grand Canyon Aerial Screensaver (herein referred to as "Software"); you may not use or alter images contained in the Software for any other purpose than that for which they were intended. Title and copyrights to the Software and any copy made by you remain with Grand Canyon Aerial. Unauthorized copying, sale, or distribution of this Software, or failure to comply with the above restrictions may result in legal prosecution with civil and / or criminal penalties.

The download, free use and/or purchase of this Software does not entitle the purchaser to any warranties, express or implied. Grand Canyon Aerial LLC, its affiliates or subsidiaries, cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of this Software. The Software is supplied "AS IS".
